Each facial begins with a personalized consultation, followed by a deep cleanse, exfoliation, and targeted treatments such as masks, serums, or exosome therapy. The experience is relaxing and restorative, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

During your first visit, our expert aesthetician will conduct a thorough skin analysis to determine your skin type and specific needs. We’ll then recommend the facial that will deliver the best results for your skin.

After your facial, we’ll provide you with customized aftercare instructions. Typically, we recommend keeping your skin hydrated, avoiding sun exposure, and using gentle skincare products. Our aestheticians will guide you on the best practices to maintain your results at home.

For most skin types, we recommend scheduling a facial every 4-6 weeks. This allows for optimal cell turnover and ensures that your skin remains clear, hydrated, and youthful. However, the ideal frequency can vary based on individual skin concerns, which we’ll discuss during your consultation. Since we offer other treatments, you can alternate services. 

Absolutely! We offer a range of complementary treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning, which can be combined with your facial for enhanced results. Our team will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that addresses all of your skincare goals.

Yes, we use high-quality, professional-grade skincare products that are gentle and effective for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our estheticians will tailor your facial to ensure that it meets your skin’s specific needs without causing irritation.

Any unused treatments can be used for product purchase prior to the last business day of the month. No exceptions. 

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule.
